In frequent starting, the temperature will be too high because the starting current is too high.

Delay start protection:

Ice maker compressor operation process, because of various reasons, the compressor stops running, then the high and low pressure in the system will not balance immediately, if the compressor starts at this time, it may cause the pressure problem to start the current is too large, burn the compressor, therefore, the current compressor is equipped with delay start protection, That is, after a delay of 3-5 minutes, the compressor can be started again.

Phase sequence protection:

Phase sequence protection is a protective relay that can automatically recognize phase sequence to avoid accidents or equipment damage caused by some refrigeration compressors, such as inverted motor reversal after power phase sequence connection (three live wires are connected in reverse order).

For example, scroll compressors and piston compressors have different structures. The inverter of the three-phase power supply will cause the compressor to invert, so it cannot be inverted. Therefore, a reverse protector is required to prevent the reversal of the chiller. When the inverting protector is installed, the compressor can operate in positive phase. When opposite phases occur, it is necessary to change the two lines of the power supply to a positive phase.


High pressure protection:

High pressure protection is to detect whether the refrigerant pressure in the system is normal. When the pressure exceeds the allowable range, the pressure switch will operate and send abnormal signals to the high pressure controller. After processing, the refrigeration system will stop working and the fault will be displayed.

Low pressure protection:

Low pressure protection detects the return air pressure in the system and prevents the compressor from being damaged due to low system pressure or no refrigerant running. If the system is leaking and there is no refrigerant, forced operation will damage the compressor, then the low pressure protection can react in time to control the system to stop and show the fault, protecting the compressor and refrigeration system


Oil pressure protection:

To prevent bearings or other compressor internal components from being damaged due to low oil pressure, the reduction of compressor oil or oil cut-off will cause serious damage to the high-speed compressor. The oil pressure protection device is an important part to ensure the safe operation of the compressor.

Anti-freezing protection:

If the evaporator is too dirty or frosting is too serious, the cold air can not fully heat exchange with the hot air outside and cause the inner machine to freeze. The indoor antifreeze protection is to stop the compressor before the inner machine freezes and protect the compressor. Anti-freezing usually sets a value, such as 3 ° C, in which case the outdoor fan or compressor speed is reduced, and the condensation pressure and evaporation pressure are increased, thus increasing the evaporation temperature. If the evaporator temperature drops further below 0℃, the compressor also stops working. If the indoor evaporator temperature rises to a normal value, such as 6 ° C, the compressor and outdoor fan run normally.

Indoor anti-freezing protection is to stop the compressor before it freezes, and protect the compressor and refrigeration system.
